Mainland GB dummy orders 16" and under completed before 10am Monday – Thursday dispatched on the same day, orders completed after these times, over the weekend and over 17" dispatched next working day (Bank Holiday excluded).
Large size dummies (17" and larger) are sent via Parcelforce / DPD and are subject to an additional day handling time.
Full size sheets, bag of bead and bag of loose void fill chips collection only.
Customers outside Mainland GB please contact us before ordering.
Our dummies are packaged in a square case for safety when shipped.
If you wish to return a product or your whole order then GM Polystyrene are happy to refund you on return of the item (Bespoke items, Bead, Loose void fill and Sheets excluded,) providing it is new (unused), complete in all original packaging.
To return your items you must be within 14 days of receipt of your goods and we must receive the goods within 14 days after you have contacted us. The return postage costs are payable by the customer in this circumstance.
In order to return goods, please email info@gmpolystyrene.com with details of your name, order number, items to be returned and reason for returning.
Refunds are made via the same method used for original payment and can take up to 3 working days to appear in your account.
When returning goods to us, please enclose a copy of your invoice along with details of which items are being returned and the reason for returning.
We will then process a refund for the goods unless stated otherwise.
Please note: Bespoke order items are non-returnable.
